Brookspeed are pleased to offer for sale this amazing classic Jaguar XJ12 L finished in Squadron Blue with Biscuit Hide and having only ever had 2 owners. Powered by the Jaguar 5.3 V12 Engine and coupled with the 3 speed Borg-Warner Gearbox, this car was often compared to the Rolls Royce Silver Shadow for its effortless drive and comfort. This particular car was registered in 1979 being one of the last Series 2 Jaguars to leave Coventry and has been loved throughout its life. Owned by a Company Director for the first four years and then in private hands when the current registered keeper purchased the car in August 1983 as a birthday present for himself. Sadly during a house clearance, a lot of the history went missing, however the car is very well known by Colliers Jaguar and the Jaguar Enthusiasts Club. This car has been dry stored and loved for 40 years and now needs to go to a new home where the car can continue its life with someone else who can appreciate this true classic. This
