1999 VW Mk3.5 Golf Cabriolet SE 1.6 A lovely example. A couple of older gentlemen friends of mine bought this little gem to do a charity drive earlier this year. One of them being a precision engineer that builds rally cars for a living, so you can imagine his attention to detail. They went through this Golf prior to there 2000 miles journey down to Budapest and back. She didn't miss a beat and drives exceptionally well. As you can see from an MOT history check she had jumped nearly 30,000 miles in the last year as she sadly need an instrument change as the previous unit had failed The true mileage is around the 100,000 mile mark.
